Chargeflow and Recharge Partner to Automate Subscription Chargebacks

Chargeflow’s integration with Recharge, the leading subscription payments platform designed for merchants, improves your chargeback compelling evidence and recovers even more revenue for e-commerce brands.

A remarkable feature that will also save time and money for merchants using Chargeflow with the Recharge integration is the Auto Cancellation feature. When a merchant opts into this feature, Chargeflow will automatically cancel the subscription of a customer who has initiated a chargeback to prevent future chargebacks from that customer.

Such proactive data-driven decision-making helps you stop illegitimate e-commerce chargebacks and fend off online shoplifters.

If you’re already a Chargeflow merchant, you can connect your Recharge account with the Chargeflow application

Here’s how the process works:

1. Log in to Chargeflow using your Shopify store URL
2. Navigate to the Integrations page at the Chargeflow application.
3. Make sure you have integrated your payment processors.
4. Under the “Data Enrichment” section, look for Recharge and click on “Connect” to establish the integration.
5. Click "Install" to allow us to read and cancel subscriptions from your Recharge account. (we will only cancel subscriptions if you have opted-in to this feature)

If you’re not yet a Chargeflow merchant, follow these steps to automate your chargebacks:

1. Install theshopify chargeback from the Shopify App Store.
2. Confirm the billing plan in Shopify.
3. Connect your payment processors (Stripe/PayPal/Shopify Payments).
4. Connect your Recharge account to Chargeflow. Alternatively, click Connect through the integration page under the “Data Enrichment” section.
5. Click "Install" to allow Chargeflow to read and cancel subscriptions from your Recharge account.
