• Restriction of Processing — Request that we limit the way we use your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Data Portability — Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or request that it be transferred to another controller where technically feasible.
• Objection to Processing — Object to the processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests or where data is used for direct marketing.

• Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on your consent, withdraw that consent at any time.

What happens after you submit your request

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Acknowledge your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
2. Verify your identity to protect against unauthorized access. We may contact you to confirm your identity before processing the request.
3. Process your request and respond within the legally required timeframe — generally within one month under GDPR, or 45 days under CCPA/CPRA. If we need additional time due to the complexity of your request, we will notify you.
