Jon Burg is Chargeflow's Head of GTM Strategy and Product Marketing, where he shapes how the company positions its AI-powered chargeback automation platform to ecommerce merchants and payment teams, and builds the go-to-market motion behind new product launches.
Jon brings roughly two decades of marketing and go-to-market leadership across martech and mobile-growth companies. Most recently he spent over four years in marketing strategy leadership at TechSee, a visual-AI remote-assistance company, after four years as Global Marketing Director at Bringg, a delivery and fulfillment orchestration platform. Before that, he was Head of Product Marketing at AppsFlyer for three years, helping scale the company's product marketing during a high-growth period in mobile attribution and appearing on industry podcasts and speaking at events such as the Mobile Monetization Summit.
Earlier in his career, Jon held marketing and product roles, was Director of Consumer Marketing and worked agency-side in emerging-channel and social strategy roles at Digitas and Publicis Groupe/VivaKi, following early media-planning experience at Mindshare. He holds a B.A. in Marketing Management from Lander College.
That arc - from early digital-media planning and agency strategy through product marketing at high-growth martech and mobile-attribution companies including AppsFlyer, Bringg, and TechSee - gives Jon a full-funnel view of go-to-market: positioning, messaging, and the operational mechanics of launching and marketing a product at scale. At Chargeflow he applies that background to GTM and product-marketing strategy for chargeback automation, writing for merchants and finance teams about how to position and sell dispute-recovery tools.
