What qualifies as a “recovered chargeback” for Automation?

A dispute we fight and win on your behalf (issuer rules in your favor and funds are returned). The 25% fee applies only to recovered amounts, and does not include the dispute fee.

How does Chargeflow fight chargebacks?

Chargeflow collects data like order info, customer messages, and payment details. It builds a full dispute case for you, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Which processors, gateways, and platforms do you support?

We integrate with 100+ providers (payment processors, gateways, commerce platforms, helpdesks, BI tools). Most are as simple as a single-click integration. If you don’t see yours, ask—new integrations are added regularly.

Do I pay anything if you don’t recover a chargeback?

No. Automation is strictly pay-for-performance.

What is a “deflected chargeback” for Alerts?

A dispute we intercept through real-time alerts (from Verifi/Ethoca) that is resolved proactively - typically via refund or order action - so the formal chargeback never occurs.

Do I pay for Alert or a deflected chargeback?

Chargeflow Alerts is paid on successfully prevented chargeback only, unlike other providers that charge per alert. If an Alert we receive on your behalf does not stop a chargeback, you will not be charged for that. You will also only pay for one alert per transaction, with our zero duplication guarantee.

How does Prevent stop chargebacks?

Prevent scans all transactions post-checkout and before fulfillment. Each transaction is given a score and tagged based on our network data to let you know if the transaction is safe or not.

Does Chargeflow work with large enterprises?

Of course! Chargeflow works with a number of large enterprises such as Wix, Miro, Sweetgreen, Calendly, Elementor and Whoop. Due to the complex needs of many large enterprises, we suggest talking to sales about our Custom plans to ensure that you have all of the integrations, security, and governance that you need.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. You can start for free (no credit card required). Pricing is usage-based. For enterprise volumes, we offer custom terms, SLAs, and annual agreements.

How do I choose between Prevent, Automation, and Alerts?

Automation if you want end-to-end, AI-built evidence and submission to win back revenue you’ve already lost.

Prevent if you want to stop friendly fraud and abuse before it becomes a dispute or a potential refund/return abuse.

Alerts if you want to intercept and deflect disputes in real-time and avoid chargebacks to maintain healthy relationships with your payment processor. Many merchants run all three for full-funnel protection
