The Role…

Soho House have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our cluster of retail brands. Responsible for Soho Home, Soho Skin and Cowshed this is a great opportunity for a dynamic sales person to work multi-brand and cross category. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing the brand’s strategic plans for stores and digital platforms to give a seamless consumer journey and elevated experience. A strategic omnichannel planner and executer and the main interface between the brand and designated retailer partner store groups. You will be responsible for driving the achievement of agreed sales goals through effective account management.

Sales and Strategic Planning

  • The Senior Account Manager will possess strong commercial acumen, have excellent negotiation skills and be able to quickly build outstanding collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set retail and Net targets across online & B&M which are compatible with the brand budget growth
  • Assess on a weekly basis, monthly and annual basis – risks and opportunities and recommend corresponding actions and activities to mitigate risk or build incremental sales
  • Develop partner JBP’s which will help gain market share and drive hero products and services
  • Work with Senior Brand Manager to create relevant, differentiated marketing plans which will achieve brand KPI’s
